Kocaeli Alikahya Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ), whose legal entity was registered on November 5, 2004 under registry number 224, is located in Alikahya, the town it is named after, within the İzmit district of Kocaeli Province.

The zone is surrounded by Kocaeli Stadium and İZAYDAŞ to the west, Asım Kibar OIZ to the south, and the Northern Marmara Motorway (NMM) İzmit OIZ Exit to the north, northeast, and east. Turnaoğlu and Kore Avenues, connected to the NMM OIZ exit, run east–west between our zone and Asım Kibar OIZ.
